Khall Connect is a telephone solution that allows forwarding calls made to a Kingdom Hall, to mobile phones of available brothers previously programmed to answer them. In short, it's compared to a contact center, but in this case, virtual and based on mobile or wired phones.

Why to use Khall Connect.

Due to sanitary measures to prevent Covid-19, our Kingdom Halls of Jehovah's Witnesses are currently not used. This makes it difficult to answer phone calls from people interested in attending our public meetings, or that for some reason, they need to communicate with members of the congregation. Khall Connect was developed to allow phone calls and text messages to be redirected to brothers' or sisters' mobile phones and thus not miss these important phone calls.

After the pandemic is over, what will happen with Khall Connect? This virtual phone number will still be helpful, as it allows you to receive calls at any time, and we do not have to be inside the Kingdom Hall. Usually, there are no brothers permanently answering calls all day from the Kingdom Hall, but thanks to the services of this platform, calls can be transferred to mobile phones and be attended in any place and time, to different available brothers.

Besides, for upcoming preaching campaigns, such as invitations to the Memorial, regional assemblies, etc., it's very useful to have a telephone number that can be reflected on the invitations, where interested persons can communicate and always to be answered.

Khall Connect does not charge additionally for its services to any congregation. However, you will have to pay the Signalwire platform for the use of their technology.

• For example, one call of 60 minutes, it would generate a charge, including taxes of 0.83¢ approximately.

• Monthly cost for reserved phone number: 0,45¢
• Cost for incoming and forwarded local calls within the United States: 0,013928¢ per minute.
• Cost per incoming call and answered by the electronic answering machine: 0.00360¢ + 0.00008¢ for every 10 characters of the reply message.
• (Khall Connect, is only available at the moment to be used in the United States).

Summary: When Khall Connect receives a call and transfers it, three actions are generated: 1- Cost per incoming call answered, 2- Cost per outgoing call forwarded. 3- Tax charge, for each action. The prices shown are as approximate as possible, based on tests performed locally in the Florida State, USA.
