Use of the system

Khall Connect is only designed and developed for the use of congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses.


Security

• It is recommended that you keep your device's password-protected to prevent activity, whether accidental or intentional by someone not authorized to access the Khall Connect services.

• It is recommended to use passwords of at least eight uppercase and lowercase alphanumeric characters, combined with special characters.

• In the security question, it is recommended to use as many characters as possible.

• Change your password at least every three months.

• It is recommended to delete received emails regarding your account details.


Privacy

• Your personal information and your congregation information are important. The little data needed for the configuration of your account, which includes your email, is not shared with third parties under any circumstances.

• Sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, Permanent Resident Card, Passport, etc. will never be requested. If you receive an email with the Khall Connect logo requesting such information, be alert! Is not a legitimate Khall Connect email .

• We do not use cookies in your browser.

• We store your IP address only to monitor cyber attacks, other suspicious behavior, and for the hit counter.

• When you use your debit or credit card to buy balance, the data is completely protected and processed by third-party companies with the highest security. In our case we use Stripe and PayPal.

• We do not have access to the data of your payment methods, and therefore, we do not store your information.


Economic support

• Never you will be asked for financial support by phone, email or any other communications. If you receive an email, phone call, etc., requesting financial support, is not from Khall Connect. Anyway, when you are buying balance for your account, you will have the option on the checkout page, to support modestly if you wish.


Refund Policy

• Before making the payment, you will have the possibility to cancel or readjust the balance to be purchased. This reduces the possibility of errors.

• Please, dear brother, when you are making the payment process for the purchase of balance, check and confirm only, when you are sure.

• Once we have transferred the money to third parties for the balance purchase, we cannot refund you.

Exceptions

• We only guarantee a refund, if due to an error in our system or third parties we were not able to offer service for more than 10 business days.

• Keep in mind, this is an extremely rare event. However, in this world, we are not exempt from the occurrence of catastrophes, failures in the service of third parties or of our platform that temporarily causes an interruption. These are events that can usually be resolved in a very short term, but if the said interruption lasts for more than ten days, we may make a refund of the balance remaining in your account if you request it.


Declarations

• Khall Connect is not a system developed by the Watch Tower Society. Nor does it replace any tool provided by Watch Tower Society.

• Khall Connect is free to adjust or change as needed the policies set out in this Terms and Conditions of Use.
